Global Edu Canada is committed to the highest standards of safeguarding, ethical conduct, accountability, and data protection. We work with children, educators, communities, governments, and vulnerable populations across the developing world and recognize our responsibility to prevent harm, protect rights, and promote dignity in all our activities.

These policies apply to all staff, consultants, associates, partners, contractors, and representatives engaged by Global Edu Canada.

1. Safeguarding Policy

Global Edu Canada is committed to ensuring that all children, young people, and vulnerable adults are protected from harm, abuse, exploitation, and neglect in connection with our work.

2. Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)

Global Edu Canada has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse by any personnel associated with our work.

We Prohibit:

  • Sexual exploitation of children or adults
  • Sexual relationships based on unequal power dynamics
  • Exchange of money, goods, services, or favors for sexual acts
  • Any form of sexual harassment or abuse

  • Ensure safe reporting mechanisms

  • Take disciplinary action where violations occur

3. Child Protection Statement

Global Edu Canada recognizes the rights of all children to protection, safety, participation, and dignity.

7. Complaints & Reporting Mechanism

Global Edu Canada provides a safe, confidential, and accessible mechanism for reporting concerns, misconduct, or policy violations.
